This is for sale as a collector’s item, it has not been tested.
It comes with a protective case, the original instructions and a Russian translation. (This particular item was found in Bulgaria)
The item and the case seem in quite good condition; however there is seem a slight discolouring on the top..
I believe this is from the 1960s or earlier. (In the late 1960s the EMI group was taken over by Megger) ***UPDATE*** I have received a very kind message with info on this particular model - The EMI stands for Elekroniczny Miernik Izolacji or Electronic Insulation Meter. DATES FROM THE 1970s ONWARDS
Made by the Polish company Obrme Metrol, which was formed in 1972.
